Requirements & Job Qualifications

Applicant must be comfortable teaching in a technology-rich environment and excited to work at Cascade Middle School.  Applicant must have current Indiana Teaching Certificate for Special Education/Mild Intervention preferred or be eligible to receive the appropriate license.  

 

Multiple ECA positions available to candidates but not a requirement.

 

An expanded criminal history background check is required.

Salary: Commensurate with experience and School Board authorized salary range. Contract will be 215-day with Admin benefits included. 

 

Qualifications:  Evidence of leadership skills with ability and willingness to utilize a collaborative team-approach; strong commitment to creating and nurturing college and career readiness(CCR) for our students by being competent in K-12 Employability Standards, Graduation Pathways, and CTE(Career & Technical Education) funding and the impact of these on MCCSC as we build and/or enhance CCR experiences for ALL students. 

 

The CCR Director will work directly with the Grant Lead(Asst Supt) with the 3E grant building and strengthening positive relationships and partnerships  within our MC and surrounding communities. 

 

Expertise in data-driven decision-making using technology; exceptional role model; willingness to think creatively and supportive and open to others ideas.
